One of the many repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic has been a surge in hunger rates around the world. Food systems have been disrupted, countless families have been unable to afford groceries, and schools, where children could reliably receive nutritious meals, have been closed. Join me in my Comrades Marathon Centenary Hope Challenge where my goal is to raise R90 000 (just seems to be the number for 90km) towards Rise Against Hunger (RAH).
